A new and exciting art exhibition is taking place in the 5 Islands Exhibition Space on Level 1 of the Wollongong City Library. This is the third exhibition of a continuing series of contemporary art created by members of Illawarra Association for the Visual Artists (IAVA). This exhibition will feature eight local artists who exhibit a range of diverse and outstanding contemporary visual artworks. The current exhibition is from the 19th October until the 18th April 2025.

Julie McCurry, Moira Kirkwood, Lynne Johns, Karen Heffernan, Angela Forrest, Coomaditichie United Aboriginal Corporation : Lorrain Brown and Narelle Thomas & Alison Day, Judy Bourke and Sue Bessell.

IAVA celebrates contemporary Illawarra artists, and provides members with group exhibitions, social networking and professional mentoring.
