The photographic self-portrait is the starting point of a creative process of interruption and intervention.
Initially the self-portraits are created using technological precise digital media and the images are then
subjected to multiple layers of intuitive interventions by inscribing, marking, drawing and
over-painting that are signifiers of autobiography, memory and identity
