About the artist - Pilar graduated from a Creative Arts degree in 2000 and has completed sculpture and foundry casting certificates at TAFE NSW. She has had exhibitions in Australia and overseas. She was a finalist in the Australian National Watercolor Prize in 2021. She has works in The East Timor National Gallery, Dili, and private collections in Australia, Canada, USA, East Timor, UK, Switzerland, New Zealand, Poland, Cambodia, Turkey.

She is a painter in oils and watercolor, sculpts using bronze and other metals and is a photographer. Available for commissions and exhibitions group or solo.
